Gustavo André Monteiro is a commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in the wine and FMCG sectors. As Chief Commercial Officer – Still & Sparkling Wines at The Fladgate Partnership, he leads the development of the group’s still and sparkling wine business, overseeing portfolio strategy, international market expansion and commercial growth.

Before joining The Fladgate Partnership, Gustavo spent 13 years as Commercial Director at Aveleda, where he drove significant sales growth and built strong partnerships with leading international distributors. Combining extensive commercial expertise with a passion for Portuguese wine, he is dedicated to expanding the global presence of Fladgate Family Wines.
