Deep dark core with very narrow ruby rim. Presents aromas of conserved black fruit with some notes of mint and green pepper, wrapped in light spicy notes from the oak, which gives many layers of depth. It is a full bodied wine, with an elegant fresh acidity and smooth tannins. It lingers in the palate for minutes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The property\u2019s 61 hectares of vines are spread across the rich clay-limestone soils that dominate the gentle hills of this estate. The entire vineyard is dry farmed, meaning no irrigation is used. Here, three of the world\u2019s most reputed red grape varietals\u2014Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot\u2014are planted and meticulously cared for. These grapes are vinified using gravity flow winemaking, producing our most emblematic red wine, which can stand shoulder to shoulder with the finest red wines in the world.<\/p>\n

TERROIR:<\/strong> Atlantic influenced climate, protected by the Caramulo and Bussaco Hills. Vineyards planted at high density (up to 6172 plants per hectare) on gentle hills of clay-limestone soils. Completely dry farmed.<\/p>\n

VARIETALS:<\/strong> 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Touriga Nacional, 20% Merlot<\/p>\n

SERVING TEMP:<\/strong> Serve between 16-18 C\u00ba. Decant 15 minutes before service.<\/p>\n

STORAGE:<\/strong> In a cool dry place (12 a 14 C\u00ba) away from direct sunlight and without big fluctuations in temperature.<\/p>\n
